I am a Young Malawian first born son to Linnly"Apiti" Abdu and Daud Kasenjere of Balaka,writer,poet and entreprenuer,Iam working hand in hand with a Student Liberty Organization in MALAWI-AFRICA in Southern Africa chapter. I have a Degree in Business Science and Management with University of Madras -India and a Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality from Malawi Institute of Tourism.I advance issues of free market and enterprise among the youth and policy makers.The past five years I have learnt how to organize and influence young people to participate where productive and positive discussions impact the youth from people who wait for change to happen to those that take charge of their future and act to change their life. I have worked for 8 years in a hotel industry as a Night Manager/Auditor,Where am responsible for daily financials of the hotel and act on behalf of the manager at night to solve and give satisfactory service to guests.I have passion to share travel, tourism and hospitality, Culture and food and its external factors and fight for the best for the tourism industry I founded a non-profit organization called SOLACE Youth! (Social Organ on Leadership Action for Community Economy & Environment),the mother objectives are leadership mentorship and training, Economic and enterprise issues and most importantly environment and climate change awareness and mitigating activities. Iam also a Global Ambassador for the Milkyway Youth Movement international. As a Global Youth Ambassador, iam committed to speak up and take action to solve social issues and bring a social change in my community. My dream is to see Africa with less or no conflict at all.Africa where children will have access to healthcare, education, food and opportunities. Africa with a visionary transformative leadership that will keep its people home and not migrate and die in Europe.I want to see Africa develop its infrastructure for easy mobility and visa-free for fellow Africans to expediate trade logistical processes. I would like to lead an international business founded on African values and believes but also embracing a global culture.To see this dream coming into fruition I have taken steps by partenering with afellow young person in formulating a concept that will see the birth of an African Tour company that will market environmental friendly and other packages that keeps rejuvenating Africa as a destination of hope and potential business destination .I want to see Africans or organization that help Africans fight their own battles with creative solutions that lie idle in their face. I have led and participated in Community projects such as:Nutrition;vegetable farming,Psychosocial project for children,Trainning youth on career choices,Business plans,Liberterian bootcamps,sexual health among adolescent youth, entrepreneurship trainings and mentorship and debates for youth to voice out their concerns and contribute ideas to their community.
